For more than three decades, my life was devoted to nurturing young minds and guiding the growth and well-being of elementary students. Each day as an educator was filled with purpose, as I learned as much from my students as I taught them.

Yet, as fulfilling as it was, the journey came with its own weight, a quiet erosion of my inner peace. Emotional stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and a lingering sense of soul-fatigue began to drain me emotionally, physically and mentally.

Amid these struggles, I found a doorway to healing. Gradually, I uncovered a path that led me to practices that resonated deeply with my spirit. Meditation, mindfulness, energy work, sound healing, hypnotherapy, shamanism and yoga became more than just practices; they became lifelines, guiding me toward my soul's truth.

I am whole.

I am complete.
